We are delighted to now have our second wild sauna at Dalgety Bay Sailing Club. Set beside the water with beautiful coastal views, it will be the perfect place to relax, reset and enjoy the benefits of our Fife wild sauna and swimming in the Forth and of course our cold water shower and bucket.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 100% the best all-round sauna / swim location I have been lucky enough to visit yet. The sauna itself is squeaky clean, smells divine, roasty toasty warm, has a magnificent view, a bit roomier than most so it felt lovely to be in a cosy, intimate space yet with a higher ceiling and space to sit down without feeling cramped inside. The construction features and interior aesthetic of this sauna were also quite unique and (combined with the lake-side location and surrounding hills / trees) you do feel like you could actually be in Finland or … Estonia even!  The owner is present and on-site, super friendly and went out her way to make us feel comfortable and safe. A lot of thought has obviously gone into the area around the sauna too, with a seating and changing area, shower, cold bucket, stepping stones to move around and just steps from a walkway / pontoon into the water, tastefully carpeted to make the walk in bare feet easy. I truly enjoyed my afternoon here, it’s right beside a beautiful hotel / gardens where you can relax afterwards in a big leather armchair with some fabulous food. We will definitely be going back for the amazing wild swimming experience then another super sauna afterwards.

We were warmly welcomed by the lovely Jenny who explained everything well and was always around if we had any questions. The sauna was clean, very comfortable, and had wonderful views from the window. It was also very hot!! Better than a lot of saunas I’ve been in. A 60 minute session was just enough to rotate between the sauna, lake and cold shower. Would highly recommend for anyone into hot and cold exposure! What a great spot
