About The Wild Sauna Company
Born from our love of wild swimming and our belief in the power of nature, social connection and the restorative properties of heat, we are overjoyed that our dream of opening a wild sauna in Scotland has finally come true. We aim to bring people together for connection, relaxation and adventure in the heart of the Scottish outdoors.
Our Sauna Location
We believe something special happens when people gather in nature and our wee corner of heaven by the water at Karma Lake of Menteith in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park in Scotland is the perfect home for our first wild sauna and we can’t wait to welcome you.
